Deadline approaching... have you submitted your abstract yet?

The call for abstracts for AI Hype, Hope & Humanity is still open and we want your work in the programme!

Whether you're a researcher, practitioner, policymaker, or working at the intersection of all three, if responsible AI touches your work, this is your stage.

We're looking for contributions that go beyond abstract principles such as case studies, empirical research, critical reflections, design practices, policy work, lived experience with AI systems. Oral presentations and posters both welcome.

And participation is completely free.

De Doelen, Rotterdam
30 September – 2 October 2026
Submission deadline: 5 June 2026

Themes include: AI in health, education, media, safety, defence, sustainability, and the ELSA methods and frameworks that make responsible AI more than a buzzword.

Not sure if your work fits? It probably does. We actively welcome contributions from outside academia too.
