app. 34% of internet users (2458 out of total n=7209), </FONT></DIV>

people who self-present, but use their personal web </FONT></DIV>

autonomously decide) for various social reasons, like </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>cooperation, constructing virtual identity,
establishing relationships and expressing </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>their
opinion publicly. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I believe you could find the genre of personal home
pages and (personal) blogs in the context of these. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Anyhow, I was surprised by the large percentage, so
I guess an efficient way to get to the authors would </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>be by finding them in a web survey of a sample of
internet users. </FONT></DIV>

presentation of the Self and identity in personal homepages. I have already
conducted 10 online interviews with individuals who own personal homepages, in
which they present aspects of their pesonal identity. However, during the
last months I have not been able to locate more homepages or the ones I have
located seem to have not been updated for years. I was wondering if
anyone could direct me to 'where' I can find more personal homepages (apart
from the search function in yahoo, etc which seems to yield no valid
findings). </FONT></DIV>
