  Certainly a laudable effort to raise awareness of the water-scarcity and environmental problems.  
  But I am curious about how the President used to swim in "rivers and DAMS". Being the very talented person he is, as we were rightly told in the last frame, the reference to swimming 'in dams' left me wondering. His unrelenting promotion of 'interlinking of rivers', for which damming is an essential component, must have caused him to subconsciously throw the myths of dams into the wistful narrative. But that will damn the already damned and dammed rivers of India. It will be their death-knell.  
  Was it an innocent slip? Was it yet another bit of propaganda on the sly? Was it a case of an once brilliant mind losing its luster?
