Hi Mukul da,

That 'feel good' is all some people have. Didn't comprehend totally the
latter part about encounters. Are you suggesting that the GOA/GOI pay
compensation for "non-certified ones in *ENCOUNTERS"?*
What is a "non-certified" freedom fighter? :-) :-)
