[Assam] [asom] Assam witnesses hottest summer in 132 years

I was curious because the news report says that the Assam is having lowest rainfall during the last 132 years. It means the news writer must have weather report for the last 132 years.
What is IMD?

  I don't know if records for the last 200 years would be available.  The IMD  might be having it for 70-80 years.  You may take recourse to the RTI provision, pay a fee and have everything you want.
