How is that you got to read my email even before it appeared in the net?

Chan, I am not giving you any upodekh. I do not support the personal
outburst against you. There is nothing wrong about enterprise. Some work,
some don't.. At least you have ventured to do something which others
haven't  attempted.

Nobody is all knowing and all knowledgeable. The net is suppose to help in
pooling knowledge, not to mock at each others follies... I have read all
the  comments on rain-harvesting with a great interest. Nobody has yet
suggested a wholistic approach to it.

Regarding Dr. Hazarika. I gues when he moved his base to Calcutta, he lost
his ground in Assam. the essence of Luit got diluted by Podda and Gonga...
