[Assam] One inspiring story

It is quite a moving tale. It is amusing to note how
Murthy seems to be in all the right placesat the right
time. The young man's views on reservation are based
on experience - but implementation is difficult where
thru corruption anyone can get BPL (below poverty line
) certificate in India.
