Sanjeeta, a question for you: Let us assume the GOA pushes for a great
investment policy and approaches various industrial houses in India (and
Bangkok). What in your mind would you think are the chances of success?

Potential investors and industrialists would get shy away from a state
plagued by frequent bandhs, extortion notes from insurgents (real or
imagined), irregular power supply, and large scale corruption.
