    Required Experience and Skills: Bachelors degree required. Prior experience in business administration or management is preferred. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required. Superior English writing and speaking skills required. Candidate must believe in education and the mission of the organization. Must have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at various levels. Prior experience in working in nonprofit organization is desirable. Candidate must be Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office, particularly in creating PowerPoint presentations. Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to travel.   Duties/Expectations: Responsible for daily office operations, data management, and administration. Maintain donor relations by implementing favorable policies. Initiate contact with potential donors as well as maintain relationships with current donors. Work closely with the Board of Directors and
 Executive Committee to develop a range of strategic relationships. Foster communication and links with the media, corporate donors and other NGOs. Work alongside Board of Directors, Executive Committee and other volunteers to fundraise from multiple sources including large donors, corporate sponsors, government grants, and private foundations. Create media/press releases. Attend various conferences as EVFUSA representative and spokesperson.
