Hi Ramda,

As Manojda said, NETV telecasts news in 16 NE langauges (incl. Hindi and English). 

It is not normal to have distortions! Till now I have not observed any. I think it depends on your connection speed! I think the streaming is the best live TV streaming I have experienced. BTW if you are interested in more live TV streamings, www.wwitv.com is a great source!!
