ULFA cadres trained in Pakistan
1) In the year 2002, following six (6) ULFA cadres were sent to Pakistan by Paresh Baruah: 1. SS Major Bening Rava, 2. SS Lieut. Heera Sarania, 3. SS Lieut Mrinal Hazarika, 4. SS 2nd Lieut Partho Gogoi, 5. SS PTE Pronay Roy, 6. SS Lieut. Derhagra Sarania.
2) In the year 2004, as per order of Paresh Baruah, Chief of Staff of ULFA, a group of 16 ULFA cadres were taken to Dhaka. SS Lt Pranjit Saikia of Darrang district obtained Bangladesh passport for those 16 cadres who were sent in following batches to the training centre located at Batrossi Hills of Mansera district in Pakistan via Karachi and Rawalpindi with
the assistance of ISI Officials.
1st Batch: 1. SS Lt Anjan Borthakur, 2. SS 2nd Lt Ashanta Rajguru, 3. SS 2nd Lt Tapan Roy, 4. SS CPL Pranjit Barman.
2nd Batch: 1. SS 2nd Lt Marine Das, 2. SS CPL Madhurjya Gohain, 3. SS Lt Bhaskar Hazarika, 4. SS Lt Antu Choudang.
3rd Batch: 1. SS Capt Biju Deka, 2. SS Lt Padyut Gohain, 3. SS Sgt Chandan Borah, 4. SS Lt Rabin Baruah.
4th Batch: 1. SS Lt Col Chitrabon Hazarika, 2. SS Maj. Ashanta Baghphukan, 3. SS Sgt Manabendra Baruah, 4. SS CPL, Moni Hazarika.
