how do you prove that Hindus ate beef in ancient India?
  By quoting Hindu texts? Or do you have some historically valid facts etc?

i am not sure what you are trying to say. who are
indulging in trivialities? those who are pointing out
that hindus ate beef or those who are trying to ignore
issue that the hindus ate beef?
