Foreigners cannot take up US school reforms -as per visa regulations - you will never get a visa for that. US thinks it does not need outsiders to improve its education --unlike India. Thats why UNESCO, World Bank etc do not have any (or negiligible) operations inside US and other developed nations. 
   
  I can only work as a teacher -if I get the visa.
