I am going to mail a letter to Shri P. R. Kyndiah, Minister to his below Official Address. We all must write letter to the minister concerned for the development of our region and put various suggestions etc. Also i will email to all the officials concerned.

The Technical Cell (comprising one Superintendent Engineer, two Executive Engineers,
four assistant Executive Engineers, three personal assistants, one upper Division clerk and two
peons) is going to a "coterie" at best - imagine fatso pushing files.
