There is a lot of fake-science in these 'scientific-sounding' analyses, mostly
made up by ad-agency copy-writers.
Many of these bed manufacturers place their
mattresses on wood slats with a slight
camber--something akin to bamboo slats, instead
of the traditional 'box-springs'.
