[Assam] Enterprise suggestions

What are the possible enterprises that can be spawned in Assam and that
may have a global market/local market for enterprising people? any
suggestions?

Local market:
Cheap floating fisheries along our riverline, run by local village
cooperatives. Make a large rectangular bamboo cage draped by a plastic net
where fingerlings can be raised for a month or two and then remove the
smaller plastic net and drape it with a net that would let the natural
food from the river water enter the cage and yet keep the fish from going
out of the cage. Make a bamboo raft and attach the fish cage to its
underbelly that would help keep the cage from sinking to the river bed,
and moore it to the shore that will keep it from floating away.

We wight be able to have a workable floating fishery for 10 months in a year.

Any suggestions?

I beleive that this has a big market that can feed the South East market.
