  In WOrld Bank and IMF in Washington DC and elsewhere - one of my Harvard classmates has parents and relatives working --so he cannot hope to get a job there - he told me (though I wonder how the World Bank's chief's wife also gets/got to work there - Wolfonsen I mean).
