Thanks C'da. His snooty remarks shouldn't keep us from improving our own state. It ain't his money and it ain't my money to eat up either - it's the state's money and need to be utilized for the state. 
 
Going back to the original topic - then it would be practical to say: Joi Ai Oxom, won't it. 
 
Being an indigenous citizen does not give one the right (or the heart) to be destructive towards one's own state/land.
