[Assam] Shaurya Chakra for Army Captain from Assam

I feel real proud of this young army Captain. My heartiest congratulations to Capt. Kaushal Kashyap. It seems he joined NDA two years after my elder son Jyotishman and one year before my younger son Dhitishman.
I find that his elder brother is also an Infantry officer. Nice to know another Assamese family where both sons have joined the forces. Whoever have contact, please convey my heartiest congratulations to the parents.
