[Assam] Fwd: 'Human Fencing' by Natives : The Best Guardians for Border Areas

The idea of human fencing is great. However they shouldn't be left to  
fend for themselves. Strong armed police presence is required to meet  
any armed aggression from the other side. Actually I think the same  
thing should be done along the Indo-Bangla border. Gradually settle  
more natives in border areas and gradually start occupying Bangla  
land, start building border outposts there. It's one way of paying  
them back with the same coin.
