Let us reopen Riverlinking-touted as another India Wonder:
7 years back we heard of a budget of Rs 5,60,071 ?Crores.Today it should be10 to power14 Rs.
Then came RTI: CAN SOMEBODY GET the breakup, working sheets, GPS elevations,Gates/Dams/12- month(if not 52 weekly) water levels behind Dams/mainstream Cumecs/Diversion Cumecs/Requirements for agro down mainstream  etc. etc.and post in the net where that will
be subjected to intense Democratic/Expert scrutiny by all FORs  and AGAINSTs and MAYBEs,:
After that similar excercise can be undertaken for Bihar flooding. Maybe for Assam floods too. MM
