[Assam] AN APPEAL TO THE PEOPLE OF ASSAM

I have always maintained I will explain. But I want to see where the 
questioners are coming from.
If they get it, it is a feather on their caps. If not we will explain.

A good example was  your understanding of  the feeble fable of  the 
Ant and the Grasshopper  :-).
