[Assam] Blast in Hyderabad

As I write this email. There is news on the Indian local TV channela of a
couple of bomb blasts in Hyderabad. 32 people have lost their lives.

I feel very sorry to see the state of affairs in India. There should be a
concerted effort to clear and form of terrorism in the country.

The government should provide incentives in the form of money or land to
informers who can help identify terrorists.
