How to enable waste water going out at Bharalumukh-and NEVER flooding Guahati.And Fish swimming all the way from Bharalumukh to Dispur-Boxishtha. Anglers on both banks.
What should have been the optimum design /cost for the Delhi-Designed Flyovers at Guahati
Should any more money be sunk into Guahati--or at 20 different growth Centers-Where?
