Exaclty .... and I can see you are now thinking of
BETTER solutions within Indian Framework rather then
thinking of what GOI did or did not  do... THAT is why
I said you are thinking positive

Ki Mushkil....  back to square one.  Without a move
towards reform India would not have been where it is
today. It would have doomed by now. However,  reform
is a continous process ... everywhere

I agree you  have great IMAGINATION.  You love to
IMAGINE that India's progress has halted,  you love to
IMAGINE that India's system has completely broken down
and you love to IMAGINE of a Sovereign Islamic
Republic of Assam.  Unfortunately, NOT all Imaginers
are Creative .


BTW,  I thought Creative people have better things to
do then digging up never ending discussions
