With all sympathy for Mr Chawla, if you do get a
chance please ask Mr Chawla if he/his neighbours
ensured that they do not throw any garbage in the Nala
or its vicinity. Having been in Guwahati as well as
Mumbai for long time, I have seen how very educated
and well off people throw their garbage in their
neighborhood Nala assuming it is the responsibility of
Government to clean it.
There are lot you can do instead of blaming the
Government for all ills.
Sure, a democratically elected government has a lot of
responsibility towards people but I would not assume
that it would include cleaning your backyard or
cleaning the Pan juice which you threw on your
neighbor's wall.
