Sorry did not notice that you wanted to do Speedpost .

Speedpost covers 97 countries and SA is Not one of
those as mentioned in Indian Post's website

If the PM has mentioned that they will send it to
Namibia and then from there somehow it will reach SA,
sure he has no clue.   In all probabilities, it will
be sent back to you.   It will make sense to use
private Courier or send it Registered if you want to
use Postal Service

Nothing to do with IT though
