This is the most glaring example of " One Picture Tells a thousand Stories"
--How the water vapour icified on still cooler steel:
--How Gravity pulled the forming icy line--droplets and all--down--but
--How other forces at the Left&Right next Barbs-just would not let go down
--How a few seconds later-the almost dropped line got hardened even more --and froze in TIME-- for you to Capture--------
As they say-the rest is History!
Good material for more Photo awards
And good to get more Ph.D's with--in Supercooling/Mechanical Strength of Icicles.........
