[Assam] Halliburton vs Brindabon-Unequal Maybe-or May not be

  Criticize whom and what? ONGC for taking some action after years of inaction? Halliburton for signing a contract to provide technical services? GOI for taking out some more of Assam's "Poitrik Xompotti"? GOA for allowing GOI to get some of the residual oil out?
   
  If ULFA gets to control these oilfields, who will they go to for oil field services? The same Halliburton or Schlumberger. Right? Even the companies like Shell, BP, Exxon, Saudi Aramco, Total, Petrobras, PDVSA go to them. There isn't enough time to reinvent the wheel.
   
  So, say it like you want to. You want to stall it till ULFA makes Assam a sovereign state. When is that?
