[Assam] helping a topper

Though the girl is a deserving candidate but is the current goal the right one -- I have never heard of this Mount Whats its name university even though I stayed at the campus of www.ubc.ca for a month in 2006 . There are plenty of "dilpoma Mills" which give a discount or "scholarship"  and make the student pay for  the majority of the  studies and stay cost. The questions are:

1. What is the standing  of this univ?
2. How much is the  total cost of studies there -compared to the $7000 grant from the univ?
3. Less importantly - what course of study she will do there?

  Now, she is being invited by Mount Allison University of Canada (USA) for higher studies. The University has offered her a bursary scholarship of $7000, but she requires more money to attend the course.
   
  Her father met with an accident few years back, having fallen from a two storey high building. His small business was ruined., and cannot do much.
