  The Bangladeshis who are migrating to north east India in thousands do not need guided tours. These intended tours must be for the well-heeled in Dhaka who will travel in air conditioned comfort.It is also possible that the tour operators are looking for an extension of the tours they conduct for foreign tourists in their country. :-)
