Sorry Ranju,
  I am not repliable.Better look ahead for a better assam to create brilliant ACS/APS-IAS/IPS/IFS/Military officers from Assam. Other than criticising people with jealousy and extremists, we have nothing. This issue was raised long long ago- now at this point it got no value.Let the dead be in peace.
  I wish one fine day I will read lot about you  with successful stories to bring Assamese youths shining all over.
