• GSM Radio network Dimensioning, Budgeting and its Capex Requisition.
• GSM Radio planning and its optimization.
• Fine-tuning and introduction of new processes.
• Generating and maintaining documents.
• Site sharing with other operators.
• Resource utilization, team development and leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E ( Electronics & Communications)
• Minimum 12-15 years of work experience.


Position Title: Senior Level (BSS – O & M)

Key Result Areas:

• Network Maintenance Management.
• Network roll out management.
• Cost & Consumption control.
• Resource utilization.
• Documentation generation and coordination with external agencies.
• Customer complaint handling & coverage management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E in Electronics & Telecommunications.
• Min 12-15 years of experience in telecom (GSM Cellular Service Provider)
industry or a
   related industry.


Position Title: Middle/Senior Level (Transmission – O & M)

Key Result Areas:

• Specific and time bound project coordination.
• Measurable and time bound Advance Capacity enhancement, optimization &
protection of
  OFC Backbone/Access Network.
• Measurable and achievable evaluation & coordination with various vendors
and
  contractors.
• Measurable and time bound Access Network planning using OFC Network.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E (Electronics & Communication) with minimum 7 year of experience.
• Diploma (Electronics & Communication) having relevant experience of
minimum 8-10 years.
• Sound knowledge of Transmission products / services.



Position Title: Middle/Senior Level – Projects

Key Result Areas:

•       Rollout of the BTS, BSC & MSC (s) across the specified locations as
per AOP
•       OFC backbone for all the specified locations
•       Ensure coordination between the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &
Electronic Vendors.
•       Ensure availability of the materials at all upcoming sites.
•       Ensure AT for the sites.
•       Completion of respective offices & other projects across specified
locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

•       B.E - (Civil/Mechanical)
•       Minimum 8 – 10 years of work experience
