Now ,if you only  want Operatives-- and entrepreneurship /expertize comes from Dr. Aroop J. Kalita-- you should have said--"Previous experience  is most undesireable" .  And   "What is needed is Attention/Obedience/Loyalty  and willingness to learn and implement---. We will bring new effective Technology"
