[Assam] [asom] Deportation of Bangladeshis

In that case, only traitors brought in the Bangladeshis. By that arugument, quite a few bigwig of Assam Movement who were police officers or settlement officers and  quite instrumental in settling Bangladeshis were 'traitors' and most of us followed such leaders.
Also, some of us are oblivious of the fact that 'northern india' pidgin has destroyed our language, our parents (who write mails in English) send their wards to 'English Medium Schools', our economy is ruled by the traders of the 'north india', fop culture of north india has taken over, Biharis are a big presence, even BOLEBOM has become our national festival....... Bangladeshi or not, we are decimated by our own action.
Influx of Bangladeshis and other foreign nationals has been engineered by so called horse trading parliamentary politics of vote bank in India aided by our politicians , bureaucrats, porous border and police/security forces. Unprivileged persons of Assam are no way traitors, if someone goes by logic than sentimental outbursts. Recently a big shot of BSF allowed his mistress from Bangladesh to acquire a big plot of land in Assam, if news reports are to be believed. If someone is trying to have a dig at outfits such as ULFA that have roots in Bangladesh, then it is of no avail. Their ideology and politics cannot be measured by Indian Standards but by the standards of an American, say. And I have heard, the majority of US population is now non-white. That is a good news.
In fact, in Assam there is no more land for Bangladeshis to settle down. It is ironic that in deportation/ identification of Kalimuddin, whose election caused the present ruckus, his elder brother had a big hand due to an ongoing land dispute. If someone is sensible, the Hindutva outlook will get us nowhere. We have to take into confidence the migrant population that has assimilated with the Assamese to identify the foreign nationals, and ask their deportation by the Govt.or appropriate agencies. That will be more sensible than to make ourselves pawn in someone's ascendency in parliamentary horse tarding politics of India.

So the Bangladeshi problem is only a figment of imagination. Only a traitor
can speak like that. Why? Is there pressure from across the border?
If 11 jets land in Dhaka, let it be. So why are they coming here?
Nagas,Mizos, Khasis too are driving them out. Tripuris hardly make the
numbers in Tripura. In Assam, it's going  the same way.
Bangladeshis can live happily in their country and we live in ours. You
could also ask for Bangla citizenship if you so desire.
By the way Kharkhowas are also not doing bad elsewhere.
