Friends, 
While I appreciate each and every point written by Bikash da and I also trust the authenticity of the whole episode he has narrated. I also appreciate his concern and offer of help to any such victims. This is a rare trait which not many of us might be able to demonstrate given our busy schedules and time constraints.
 
However, do we have enough data when we say that these hospitals are targeting only people from Assam and NE? This might be happening with people from any other place as well ... be it Bihar or Kerala or MP or Rajasthan. Its also not right to say that NE folks are being cheated by Indians. I need not stress here that NE is also an intrinsic part of India. This forum is not meant to create enmity with rest of India. Members, please exercise caution. 
Having said that, lets create the awareness amidst ourselves and amongst our friends / relatives to whatever extent possible.

While writing over web one need be very careful.Not to commit mistake like Ambika Shukla.
Following are some of my great works for the society, that none did so far. I am sorry that I dnt have free net, so I need time to reply also.Still for social cause I do write.If my hard earn money is spent for some benefit its more happier to me.
1>. In 1998, while travelling from GHY to Bangalore by train,there was no water, no light in the sleepr coach,I was with my small kids then.None did supported from the 72 co passengers.I filed case against NEFR to Railway board, Assam human rights commission for year.Finally I found all in smooth run,Now light are tube,water is there, cleanings are done hygienically all over(Our people only makes dirty more), every comparment was fitted with a folding table to dine.
2> In 1999 one small kid from whitefield died in HOSMAT hospital Bangalore due to bleeding from RTA.None attended bcz they was not having cash 30,000 as demanded by the noted hospital.I informed to press.
3> From 1999-2001 I was involved in high drama of military anti corruptions for what I was mercilessly trapsferred to one remote unit near Pakistan border within 24 hours, leaving my family shock at bangalore.But the result was good enough to caught big shots of military for corruptions.
4> In Sagar Apollo(now Sagar Hospitals) during my tenure I was helping each and everyone at my best.This was the only hospital in India to offer 15% special discount for NE people.This was offered to Bengal and Bihar people also.All was due to my efforts.3 Kannadingas was wrongly diagnosed as treated wrong by some top neuro physicians.Another one was from Assam,All of them died as I predicted to the family with the proper diagnosis( I was and am not supposed to), the family was ready and later charged the hospital as well the so called gentleman consultants about their poor knowledge.The doctors have no answer other than so have bad feelings on me.One of them had even gone to court also.
5> 2 Patients from Bangladesh was badly cheated at the same hospital.All due to language issue.I intervened and helped them at the best to get back to Dhaka.They was not having money also.I offered 1000 each,But they did took only Rs.500 to eat in the train till Calcutta and ironically refunded the cash by post later with gratitude.
6> Lokageet singer Rameshwar pathak issue is well known to all.
7 > Lot many times I was beaten up while trying to save people from being robbed or insulted by auto drivers/Cab or accident vehicles.But mind it , while going for saving someone in this case, one must be ready to get attacked.Only tricks and training will help.I can manage alone.
8> Some of the cases was published in DH also.
9> Major issue of the 24 Nov 2007, Beltola GHY, the nude Kuli girl photograph all over the media and press.On Dec 03 I did submitted case to the PREZ, PM, NCW, Assam CM under various IPC and violation of law of the land.NCW & Prez office issued notice to Information and Broadcasting min as well summoned CM, Chief Secy Assam.I & B min issued notice to Press council of India(PCI) a well all pvt TV channels.Now case is going on.As per I & B min sources, I am the only man to file case in this issue.To say- I have not visited Assam past 4 yrs.As per law I am citizen of India as well resident of Karnataka.
10> I was the only odd man to reach upto final of Karnataka Public Service commssion final exam 2005 for ACP post.Due to less marks in Kannada paper, my result was withheld.
11> First Air Deccan direct Blr  GHY flt was due to my personal initiatives.( I could never utilise that)
12> On PFA money maker Ambika Shuklas dirty comments on NE and self p[ress statement torture to Naga villagers, formal complaints being filed with Army authy.I dnt know how many felt burned!!!( Naga's never but)
There are many more incidents what either Bangalore police officers will tell if anyone is interested.
 
Thanks for all lovely comments against me all over to utilise web properly.Good knowledge sharing.Let others work now. I must live like a real retired military man.Let society shine with better educated people.
