[Assam] Why we cant force Govt to give us RS seat ???

Friends,
If we really need to change the existing Dog and pig like situations oif Indian politics,we need to stand united at any cost from all over the world and force the Govt to allow us to get nominated for Rajya Sabha(RS) seats from NE region.Since childhood I am finding all hopeless do go and simply sleep wll at Delhi.Some are happy that they be allowed to live in Delhi( Dilli ka laddu)at the mercy of Govt.This what I witnessed meeting one so called top politicians in Assam house in 2001.I was in Delhi for some works.When I met him, I was shocked as his room at Asam house new bldg even dnt have a water bottle, cup of tea....., rooms are dirty.....But he did enjoyed all saying better than assam.How can we imagine that they are in Delhi to rule the nation???
Time now to think very seriously and and put pressure to allow us to go to RS(Not LS). No outsiders be allowed to come for the RS seat for NE.I hope and I can boast that we can do it and show the world of our united power via net links.CAnt we show this example please?
Surely someone need to come up, we are writing enough.Now lets do! Else these Dogs- "un vaccinated" will keep burking and biting all over now.
