Hi Professor,
Well written. My part to comment is none otehr than my home state Assam prisons. The best prisons to have desi Murgi, paro charai daily(Pigeon) provided you are political prisoner or ULFA/SULFA/NDFB/BLT or other NE supported groups, or from good family backgrounds. For providing some money from out of world,or managing his well being to get informations from other criminals home, you wil be treated like kings !
Same in other state jails too.Still Assam are the best.
And again Indian all jails do have this sytem.See now Telgi- he gets chicken in his menu as the DOCTOR advised in court. Since he is already made infected with HIV like how Hitel Dalal was made to die.....
Wish we India would have US type jails, then only we can correct all the politicians.They will never commit that.I mean these category must see a real video.
