[Assam] Cost-effective, good quality, keep water of chemical fertilizer

Sad to know that someone really make people of Assam a big fool.Who is in the Govt still mysterious...These things was experiemnted in 1970s in our land as then Govt used to utlise all tests on our farmland.I did remembeed all when people used to come from Jorhat Agi Univ & Research center.
Now also same ghost hunts...........I am sure someones makes good money.
