[Assam] Harvard research; Antartica's glacier deserts - future home for Indians?

Is it possible that when thru global warming lots of free land is available Indians would be able to set up farms and mines there just as Europeans did with the New World. Indians have been laggards but in future can they lead? I am not saying global warming is good - but if world had not warmed up (after last Ice Age 30,000 years ago) noone would be staying in Europe or North America.
