[Assam] Transcripts from GU

[Krishnendu Chakraborty]

Does anyone have any clue on this?  My experience is
it is a pain to get even a duplicate marksheet from GU
and explaning this requirement and getting another set
of transcripts in a sealed envelop is next to
impossible.

Or may be someone who has migrated to Canada can
suggest alternatives.
