driv ing license and pollution under control certificate ofcourse are available without any tests. I have yet to take any driving test so far - in my entire life - and I have been driving since I was age 14 ( geared scooter - 4 speed). Ofcourse, since anyone can pay and get a license the terrorists are not far behind - in post Godhra and Post Gujarat riots - there were 30 people killed in terrorist attack on Akhardham Temple in Gujarat - inlcuding 5 police commandos. One of the militant had apparently got a driving license from Jaipur, Rajasthan -and within 2 days of the news report - he entire office records mysteriously caught fire. umesh
