[Assam] AICTE approved Engineering Colleges in India

it is true - unless you have money to bribe OR powerful people supporting your college's or school's application - the  govt officials are  very hard to please  - if not impoosible.  same applies to CBSE delhi' inspection and approval of high schools - i know from personal  knowledge. so  th CM or someone well connected with goi's higher edu ministry or aicte should be there to help get approval - or pay bribe - which never ends
