[Assam] Report carves out quake belt-Aiport in high-risk, GU in moderate and eastern river bank

Dear dada,
  My grandmother (expired in 1981) and my father know well of whats more.Might be like them all villagers of Assam about its location on being the worst seismic zone. I am unsure how many know about the famouse Assamese scientis SHIYALA GOHAI of Deomornoi-15 km west of Mangladai on way to Khairabari, which got lot of historic existance-unknown.That man Shiyala Gohai( Goxai) was brought up by an wild fox and fed by that fox till he did grow up( Like Mogly).All are true.Later he did written lot many books on future and astrology etc.To say more sadly that while the British came to chase out Mann from then Kamrupa, The British found Shiyala Goxai's books and took all to London for further studies.AS India was fighting for freedom, all forgot after independance and as routince since then Assam was never been called part of India- whole episode remained in the dark.A Kingbodontee.Who know if these books only giving present US and UK scientist so much evidences to go ultra
 modern!! Ironically due to previous 2 strong earth quake al the assets of Shilaya Goxai got lost once for all. He did predicted severe earthquake in the NE region where mighty Brahmaputra will get diverted from Kharupetia ghat, destroying thousands of villages to its west, NOT only Guwahati. Guwahati is already gone!!! The shape of Assam will get changed( already changed).
  But as we need to live further- we got nothing much to do.All will come and go.Earth quake etc can never be controlled, other than living like ordinary village lifestyle, Assam type home, food etc...These bamboo huts are 1000% safer.Mahant da's bamboo product should get boost at this junctions now.I wish.
