[Assam] symbol of cruelty

One is left wondering if there is an editor. And if there is one,
whether if he or she has heard of journalistic ethics.
Technology has brought the ability to get these images and get them
published in unmerciful colors, but a concurrent evolution of ethics
has not appeared along with that ability to collect and regurgitate
information.
