<Is this a joke or what?>
India is > NOW--, on the day its non-functional Government and State system is celebrating!
Regards Timber:
There is a total ban on againstTree Felling.Laws should have been passed 20 yrs back"No timber use for next 50 yrs. Let the trees grow again."
Yet there is Timber and plywood everywhere.
And Forest officials are very cash-rich people.
And there is a National Bamboo Mission--operating last 15 years with a bottomlerss budget.
This week "Forest Minister" ROCKY--Rakibul has taken an entourage in a special plane to visit Jiande County-Zhejiang Province of China--to learn about how Chinese export so much of Bamboo products-and why Assam cannot.
They would not touch you(originally your concepts) or me( I wrote in Parag Das's paper'Assam's future is in Saah,Baanh,Maanh,Ghaanh) ---with a barge pole.
Rocky and his rich NBM Assam Director -Aggarwal CCF- rumoured to own a flourishing real estate biz in Delhi- are not the first to visit China at ASSAM peoples' money-- there were at least 10 delegations till now.
In antithesis of "VENI-VIDI-VICI"-- These buffoons will return-and visit their homes-distribute gifts-with an exhalted ' Imaan bhaal lagiil deyi-aakow zaam-twomako nim eiybaar '
And at Kazironga Rocky's forest manager says" We want a young force to guard---".
He meant "Somebody else should do the dirty work of guarding Horns in these treeless 'Reserve Forests' --
-and "We Torun/Rocky company should be at the Checkgates or HO at Gau - or better-visiting China"!
Government.Lawmakers.Leaders.Vision Documenters--are all loafers-cheats-fooling the bigger fools.
