But imagine -instead of Crude-value add 90%to JetFuel  and/or Petro Chemicals ( even higher value) -you get 7TIMES MORE  IN  $$  and divert all Europe>Australia flights via Upper ASSAM  for the best  in world  centre- point refueling stop. And all Middle east>Japan/Korea/China flights too.
And convert allCoals to Green power and stll only as Aluminium strips
And pack all Graded Assam Teas(only Tea worldwide you can safely drink). You can   then claim and get( like Crude oils jumps in 2 years) $20/Kg  at Assam( today $2 max)
And add @7% all the cheating/free looting of 61 years.
Can you fill  the $$  in 1 row of a page?
As I always said --'Assamese   should learn to do Patigonit sums- all Assamese.'

(I may be wrong in the calculation)Assam current crude production - 5 Million Tonne per annum(official figure)Conversion1 Tonne = 7 Barrel (www.onlineconversion.com)5 million tonne = 35 million barrel$134 per barrel = $4690 millionRs 42.84 per dollar = Rs 20,091 crore (Rs 20,091 crore is the annual revenue if Assam can sell that crude in international market. That is only crude. There is also gas. Let’s not take tea and coal into calculation because they have become marginal players now. )The total budget expenditure of this year for the state is Rs 24,821 crore.State’s other resource(tax) is Rs 5011 crore.As I am not an expert, I would like to know where do we(read Assam) stand with those figures.
