Nothing is good ot bad. Depends on the viewer. If it happens in all countries, I suppose, the some derelicts take potshot at it. So did the NY Time's reporter. And I also suppose, changes come because of the destabilizing effects of inequity. It hasĀ its own dynamism. There would be people who would like the status quo ante and others would want a change.

what has that got to do with the people who pay hard earned money to buy
flats/partments in these building complexes. How are they bad-as the NY Times
