[Assam] China issues visa to Arunanchal Pradesh MP

Hi Mr.Umesh,
The problem was earlier China declared Arunachal as their property, so they say people from Arunachal are their citizen and they dnt need VISA.China will not issue visa to them.India objected and there was travel ban like.Now finally Pranab Mukherjee did something and its smooth now.Arunachal is Indian again.Haaaa
