Hehehe Uttam,
Some examples of 'chicken' in Guwahati, I can think of off the bat:
- driving (I have seen people do so), just after a VIP montri and his
entourage has passed by
- walking in Guwahati, just after a 2-hour rain. (The streets are flooded)
